well i open this topic so we can talk about it (and not on the dvd one). who's going to be Katarina's replacement?
(maybe this info is already in the news section, if it so just close this topic :wink:)



to me Katarina was one of the greatest voices for Therion, and for sure i'm not the only one who fell in love with her in the songs that she has been performing  :-) I wish for her a great future.

farewell Katarina, the eternal Sophia.

WHAT??? I dont knew this! Im really sad now, for me katarina show a great performance in the stage in the shows of therion, also in the record she demonstrated a beautifull voice... hope she work whit therion again, soon o later.... better soon than later  :-(

Hey, I don't get to see Mats Leven live, I don't get to see Kat live. By the time I actually see Therion live I bet even I won't even see Chris... :-(

heh) I was on the Therion's concert in Kyiv 1/12/2007. It was Perfrect! And i see Katarina there, she was great)

Yeah... Кatarina was one of the best vocalists of Therion... It is a pity, that it has left. It great singer and an actress. I too was at a concert in Kiev - it was magnificent!

I really wonder if the new singer would be able to perform "perennial sophia' and "Falling stone" with the same intensity with which katarina did. We'll have to wait and see.

 Still, Katarina has really special voice..and I love her for that sooooo much..it's really a pity she's no longer with them..but I have a strong feeling that sooner or later she will be back..maybe just as a guest in a song..maybe like a full member..but whatever she will do in the future I really wish her all the best.. :-)

Regardless I surmise this could be a very good springboard for her into a steady music career, I think she's proved her talent and I'm sure regardless what happens you'll be hearing her voice again someday soon. Not to neglect the fact she's adorable to look at ;)

Their contracts end. At least one of both sides doesn't want to continue the contract (for whatever reason).

All I can say is that I truly enjoyed her performance on the record and at the show I went to, and that I wish her the best of luck in any of her future endeavors.

I'm sad she left, she quickly became my favourite Therion female singer, alongside with Lori who is awesome as well.
She had such a great chemistry with the band I thought she'd stay for a little longer, but I still have a sparkle of hope that she'll make an appearance in the band's future. ;)

Katarina made a great job with Therion and she has a lovely voice but if there is any female voice that i miss, is the Martina Hornbacher's voice
