by the way, I found this Wacken version of Wine of Aluqah wehere Katarina gives a whole new feeling to the song with her interpretation: AWESOME
even greater than the original version!

(who didn't fell in love with her voice? who doesn't dream about having her in your own band? haha)

Well, I was kinda out of the business for a while and I didn't notice this sad information for such a long time. It's a real pitty because I've felt that Katarina's voice was the deal. Perfect for Therion. Singing on one of the best albums in the last ten years isn't a thing you do often ;) Falling Stone was a vocal masterpiece if you ask me. And on the Live Gothic album it just killed. I'm really dissapointed, but I wish Katarina all th best in the future. Hopefully an appearance with Therion sometime.

And I have to say this, not only Katarina is a great singer, she is a beautiful woman too :-)

Unfortunately I was not familiar with Therion in 2007, so I missed the shows. I walked by at your gig at Wacken in 2007, however I missed that show, too. Two years later I bought your Live-DVD, and what to say? Sounds fanboyish, but your performance was absolutely great. I will keep "The Perennial Sophia" definitely as a "one of the best performances ever done" track in my mind.
There was another great performance with Snowy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QonqZBMY9MU), who is also a fantastic singer (I did only know him as the drummer from Dream Evil before. Was in 2003 or so...).

Hopefully you will sing on another album, perhaps for another band sometime.

Thanks for sharing your great talent with your fans (as well as the rest of Therion).

After checking out the Myspace page I came here, where all these messages of bidding farewell.. and right now I'm kinda confused :?

As far as I knew, Katarina and Lori were to keep on singing for Therion on stage.. but right now this topic confuses me ;-)

I just hope so very very much to see you back on stage, Kat.. damn, I can't wait to see all you guys on stage in Munich. But it was the two girls made the past tour something special, and in my opinion there could not be any replacement for you.

Just tell me you'll be back on stage this fall..

as i guess she rejoined therion as stage singer but not record artist.
I checked personnels on wiki for Sitra Ahra and she didnt appear on studio records :)
