Therion in Poland at Płock Air Festival

This year Therion will play at Płock Air Festival.  It's in Płock, about 100km far from Warsaw.
It will be on 6th of September.
It's free festival. NO TICKETS!

And I'm coming!  :evil: who else?  :-D

@Sayaka..indeed it is..but it seems that Therion loves Poles :D we are totally wild! :) of course I know why Therion plays in Poland. if we don't know why, it's because of money ;] hehehehe

because it's free festival. no tickets. last year there weren't tickets for this fest. free entrance = you must be there :P

It's free because it's free festival.  :? I know there are no tickets, but I asked why. Why was it free last year? Any special reason or they just managed to get enough big sponsors like DD said? And I won't be there, tickets were never big problem for me, trip was always much more expensive.

it seems that they have enough sponsors. they had Uriah Heep last year so they must have a lot of money from sponsors

Summon all your friends, family and relatives, and read them the essay  :-D  Make them understand how VITAL it is for you to be in Poland at this unique concert. At the end, play them a nice selection of Therion songs.
If they refuse to sponsor your flight, they do not deserve your friendship / relationship any longer  :lol: And you can at least let them hear, loud and for free, some of the early Therion creations  8-)

Hmm, currently there's a flight for less than 100 euro from Copenhagen to Warsaw, sounds like a good deal. It's gonna be a very interesting concert to see after such a long break!

Basically it's my fault that Lasse won't have much money for trip to Poland.  :oops: He's invited to State Opera Prague for The Flying Dutchman - and well yeah, the trip to my city isn't free so...  :oops:

Anyway I believe that all of us will manage to get some cash for the trip to Poland  :-D

Okay, I laughed my ass off on this one. :-D Anyway, this seems ridiculus, currently there's no low-cost airline flying from Budapest to Poland. So I'll have to skip this one. But I've seen Therion 3 times only last year, so I'm not complaining, haha.

And Kris, it's not you fault. I'm visiting you for the first time, I don't want to miss it. :)

It is now official that Petter, Johan and Kristian has decided to leave Therion. It's no hard feelings at all involved in their decision. And it has been a great honor to play with those guys!!! Thank you guys and the best of luck in your future projects!! Even if it's hard, Therion deserves to live on and it will do so!!! And we will do the Plock festival in Poland! That means the Polish fans will be the first ones to see a new (maybee temporary)line up!! We will do the best we can for the fans!!

no there isn't. but there are some info on polish portal onet.pl about this concert so for sure this festival exists ;)
too bad that there isn't any website of this fest. people who live in Płock say that this is a pretty cool festival, for free and all these things.
Once again I say, if anyone is going to Poland, Warsaw by plane and would like you be picked up by me from the airport, just let me know :) I recommend coming in the morning :) then we take the bus to Płock :) I still don't know what about sleeping but we can take some tents and sleep on the beach. or find a hotel :)
