I think the very thought of "we are humans,we are animals,we are condemnt to our animal needs" is what keeps you tied up to this system of nowadays and kills all will to change this to something better.
I'm a utopian socialist,my wish is that we all return to agriculture and to craftsmanship,because the born of industry and desire of material luxury brought the problem of individualism that exist today. And yes,I say the same as the russian and canadian guys said in this topic,specially what Svart said. In fact,I feel really happy that I can find this kind of people in this forum,people that thinks like that,and of course i'm happy to know this kind of people exist in other part of the world. Ehmm,well,i want to say that yes,I agree with Svart,simply communism or socialism can be only if people is perfect. I think is for humans that are modest,that know to moderate themselves,and have the 4 virtues Platon said: Wisdom,moderation,valour and justice. And of course people who have the will to sacrifice their individual needs for the good of everybody. All this is something that human of nowadays,who resigns to stay on an animal state cannot reach,they prefer to keep on living inside the cave,like Platon would say...
